The Onion House

Welcome to The Onion House website! This site serves as a place to store all information and resources related to the OnionHouse Minecraft server, as well as a few other OnionHouse related things. I barely know how to spell, let alone use HTML and CSS, so don't bully me too hard about how the site looks. This site is best viewed on desktop.

Server Requirements

If you want to experience the OnionHouse server properly, these are the following requirements. None of these things are difficult to obtain, and you can find support on the Resources page.

• Minecraft: Java Edition (currently v1.17.1)
• The OnionPack Resourcepack (normally auto-installs when joining. You can manually download on the Resources page)
• The OptiFine Mod (not MANDATORY, but required for most OnionPack features. Instructions on the Resources page)
• Basic Morals (no x-ray, freecam, cheats, snooping, griefing, or generally being an asshole)

Server Highlights

• Gravestones - Never worry about your stuff de-spawning after death again! Items are securely stored in a gravestone until you return.
• Miniblocks - Wandering traders sell mini-versions of blocks, giving you even more control when decorating.
• Heads - Mobs occasionally drop their head when you murder them... players always drop them.
• Sitting - You can use "/sit" to sit down on a spot, or right-click on someone else to sit on their head! You can also use "/lay" to sleep on the ground if you're being nagged to sleep by others but aren't near a bed.
• Custom Emotes - Many emotes from the OnionHouse Discord server are present in the Minecraft server chat - check them out on the Emotes page.
• 3D Models - Bring decorating to a whole new level with totally custom 3D decorative models. Check available models on the 3D Models page.
• Custom Food - Expand your palate with one of 20+ custom food items. You can see their recipies on the Crafting page.
• Custom Music - Appreciate your builds while listening to one of eight custom music discs.
